About Hoek Modular Homes

Welcome, thank you for giving us the opportunity to show case our modular homes.

Hoek Homes was formed in 1967 as a family partnership. We have been established in the Brisbane area for 33 years. During this time we have built a reputation with the Department of Housing, Master Builders Association, local councils and families as a quality builder who takes pride in their workmanship.

Today located in it’s new premises at Lawnton on the north side of Brisbane, Hoek Modular Homes continues providing customers with a trouble free building alternative, from arranging all the relevant approvals to installation on-site. Homes are constructed in their entirety with kitchens and tiling through to light fittings and floor coverings at our premises, ensuring constant quality control for each home constructed. Once completed, each home is again quality checked, and then carefully packed before we transport.

In 2004 we ventured into providing our own transport, utilising our own staff to install each home on-site. This means that the same staff that build each home, also complete the installation which maintains our relationship with the owner from start to finish.

With a large range of standard designs including Workers accommodation, Granny cabins, Park cabins, Holiday cabins and 2 to 4 bedroom homes including pavilion style resort homes, we are proud to offer the service for our clients to customise a design to suit their needs, we incorporate in our designs aspects of their property that they may want to take advantage of and to create a design that is truly their own.
