1. Choice

Not only do we offer a range of 36 home designs we also give you the option to fully customise the design of your new home. You can have your choice of cladding combinations and any paint colour you wish. Weathertex/shadowclad combination cladding is now standard on all modular homes and granny flats. However, we offer all kinds of cladding combinations including render look, colorbond and low maintenance vinyl cladding (it comes with a 50 year guarantee and you will never need to paint).

2. Termites

Our modular homes are built on galvanised steel stumps which creates a visual barrier against termites. We also use Hyne T2 Blue- Termite protected structural blue pine framing. All you need to do is your REGULAR checks and you will receive a 25 year guarantee against termite attack

3. Cooler in Summer

Our relocatable homes are cooler and better protected from the elements due to 450mm eaves (not applicable to single load units).

4. Building Approvals Lodged

You will be saved the hassle of obtaining the building approval and council plumbing approval. All homes have insulation to wall, ceiling and under roof iron. Energy efficient lights are installed throughout. Hot water is supplied with an energy efficient instant gas heater. Ceiling fans are supplied in bedrooms and the living room for better air circulation. Our modular homes also come complete with energy efficient plumbing.

7. Convenience

Our prefabricated homes require only two weeks of on site works. This will save you the inconvenience and disruption of tradespeople on site for three months. If a pre-fabricated option is unsuitable, we can site build your new home or granny flat in the Brisbane area.
