Nestled in the peaceful surrounds of Lake Manchester, this beautiful new home sits perfectly among the gum trees, a tranquil setting alive with native birds and wildlife. From the very beginning, Jonathan and Dorothy knew they wanted their new home to complement the natural beauty of their property. Together, we worked closely to design a space that not only met their needs but felt completely at home in its environment.
Their modular home features three bedrooms, including a main bedroom with its own ensuite, and an open-plan living and dining area with soaring raked ceilings. The full-sized entertainer’s kitchen, complete with a walk-in pantry, provides the perfect space to gather with family and friends.
After delivering and installing the home on engineered footings, our team constructed a spacious carport and two expansive merbau decks on either side, each with a solid hardwood top rail that’s just right for leaning on with your favourite drink in hand as the sun sets.
The project required thoughtful planning due to the property’s environmentally sensitive area, but with our in-house team managing all council approvals, engineering, certification, and town planning, everything came together seamlessly.
