Hoek Modular Homes is a family owned business that has experienced significant growth in the last few years. We have multiple large projects with Government and Private stakeholders (like Australia Zoo) along with a steady stream of homeowners adding to their properties with the addition of secondary dwellings and Granny Flats.

We are looking to add to our established team of professionals who all work together to make the experience of building with Hoek Modular Homes enjoyable and rewarding. We endeavour to deliver honest , reliable and trustworthy service throughout our building process.

About the role

We are seeking a professional to join our talented team where you can utilize your customer centric and workflow administration skills to deliver support and guidance through what can be a complex process.

We need someone who has previous construction admin experience, with (or open to being trained in) colour/inclusions selection management with the clients.

You would be expected to :

  • Assist clients with their colour selection at in-person appointments
  • Ensure the right options and advice is given to clients to assist them in making the right selections for their home
  • Create and maintain documents for all selections including contract, plans and variations
  • Complete and amend administrative documents
  • Resolve client concerns and issues
  • Support customers throughout build process
  • Liaise with construction supervisors to supply clients with regular updates
  • Present clients with contract variations as required.
  • Ensure that our customers are always extended the highest level of customer service.
  • Additional administrative tasks as required.

About you

  • You will be a structured individual who is able to prioritise and manage simultaneous projects and administrative tasks with competing timelines.
  • You should enjoy a busy working environment and have high attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
  • Good Competency in Microsoft Office applications including specifically Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Well presented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
