The original home sat above street level, creating natural opportunities for a multi-level layout. Instead of fighting the slope, we worked with it.

Before building could begin, the original high-set needed to be demolished. Once the site was cleared and prepared, our team stepped in to deliver a fully certified, engineered, code-compliant home that reflects today’s standards for comfort, durability, and energy efficiency.

The finished design features:

• A garage built cleverly underneath, maximising space and creating a clean street frontage
• All bedrooms and main living areas on one elevated level, ensuring easy day-to-day living
